How can I book my child club?
You can book your child club on our website with your child’s school
name.
Do the children cook different recipes each term?
Yes, we provide seasonal recipes every term. Every week we do
savoury and sweet recipes.
What age are the clubs suitable for?
We start from 4 to 12 years old.
Is our Staff fully Trained ?
All our staff is fully trained before, after and during our club term.
They all have DBS, Food safety certification, and First Aid
certification.
My child has allergies, can they still take part in the club?
We do cater to kids with allergies, it all depends on how severe the
allergies it is.
Can you cater for vegetarians?
Our clubs are all vegetarian only
What does my child need to bring?
Just water and a small snack
Do I need to supply ingredients?
We provided ingredients
Do you use knives? Are they safe?
Yes, we love chopping ingredients. All our equipment is child friendly
and our staff is fully trained to deal with any hazards.
Where do the classes take place?
Usually at the destinate area in the school ( best to contact directly
schools for better guidance ).
What happened if I’m late to collect my kid?
As per our term and conditions, after 5min we will charge 5GBP per
every 5min delays.
Do I will get discount if I have another children in the club ?
Yes, you will get a 10%-15% discount on the second or third child.
I booked and my kid doesn’t like the Club, would I be fully refunded it?
Yes, you will have a week to cancel the club. And we will be issued a
pro-rata refund. Meaning you will be charged for the first class. We
don’t offer a free trial or class, so if your child does not like the club,
we recommend it sign up for another activity.
My child is still not sure if the right club is for her/ her after a few classes…. would I have a refund?
Unfortunately, we don’t refund after the first class. Our clubs are very
busy, and we usually have a waiting list, and destinate members of
staff per kids’ rota, therefore once you booked and come for the first
time to our class we cant amend any changes. Please beware that we won't refund any clubs due to any strikes. We will discount it for the next term or the club the club to recovered.
